Dairy Farm born and bred, Donna knows first hand what it’s like to live and work the land. After being raised in a farm community she chose to apply her knowledge and passion for farming into an Equine business of her own. Her facility offered boarding, riding and lesson services.
Donna understands the importance of proper insurance coverage. As a Farm Family customer herself for the past 14 years, she has personal experience utilizing her insurance. Many years ago she suffered a major loss when her home burned down to the ground. It was then, that she personally experienced the comfort and power of her Farm Insurance coverage. Her experiences along with her ongoing, formal Farm training have made her a compassionate, well-educated advisor to her clients.

Abby Mowen
Customer Service Representative
Raised in the heart of rural Fulton County, Abby values the tight-knit relationships that small town life creates & carries that over into her work. With more than 14 years of experience in the customer service industry, she knows exactly what it takes to build personal relationships with each of her clients all while servicing and maintaining their needs. Out of high school, Abby studied Biological Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh from 2008-2011, & ultimately completed her bachelor’s degree in 2012 at Shippensburg University. In 2015, Abby chose to further her education by enrolling in a master’s program. In addition to her bachelor’s degree, she holds a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from Kaplan University.

Because of her strong educational background in administration and her prior management experience, she makes a great addition to our team. She finds honesty, creativity and dedication to be the most valuable qualities for success. Abby’s friendly, always-positive attitude, along with her superlative attention to detail are what make her an invaluable part of the Clopper Insurance client service team.

Abby looks forward to getting to know each of you & is excited about the future growth of the agency. In her spare time, she likes to read, vacation in Chincoteague, fish & spend time with her husband, Dustin & three children Mason, Harlow & Saylor.
